âś… What you will be doing:
Communicating with the development team and external outsourcing studios, analyzing their needs, and establishing processes;
Searching for potential partners – traffic acquisition agencies, creative and publishing companies, etc.;
Preparing commercial proposals, conducting negotiations, and managing the partner throughout all stages of the deal from prepayment to final payment/closing of the deal;
Creating and delivering presentations of the project;
Monitoring the latest trends in the game development market and competitors;
Identifying new opportunities for business expansion;
Participating in exhibitions and conferences;
đź“Ś We expect from you:
At least two years of experience in a similar position in the gaming industry;
Proficiency in English at a minimum level of C1;
Experience in negotiations with foreign clients;
Strong communication skills;
Experience in delivering presentations;
Initiative and a desire to achieve results;
An analytical mindset, with the ability to describe, systematize, and optimize processes.
